摘要
本研究采用“教师工作满意度指标体系”,对天津五所高校教师工作满意度进行了测量,调查研究了不同工作性质的教师的工作满意状况,发现实习指导教师在工作条件和工作认可度方面与理论课教师、行政管理教师存在显著差异,其余各项指标差异不显著。调查结果还显示,从事不同工作性质的高校教师在工作兴趣、人际关系等方面感觉较为满意,而在薪水、福利、进修晋升机会方面不是很满意;教师工作满意度有随着年龄增长而上升的趋势。
The research on the satisfaction of different kinds of teachers' work is conducted in five colleges in Tianjin based on the Index System of the Satisfaction of Teachers' Work by the writer.The study shows that practice-instructing teachers are evidently different from academic teachers and administrative teachers in work conditions and work recognition , compared with other differences.It also shows that different kinds of teachers feel satisfied with their interest in work and their interpersonl connection , but feel dissatisfied with their salary , welfare , and their chances of training and promotion.There is a trend that the older they are getting , the more satisfied they feel.
