摘要
本文研究了纯棕尘、现场棕尘及纯棕尘+石英尘对体外家兔肺灌洗巨噬细胞的毒性及致大白鼠肺部纤维化的作用。结果表明,各实验组均具有明显的细胞毒性,可引起细胞膜受损、细胞崩解死亡,其中又以现场棕尘毒性最大。体内实验表明,棕尘各实验组均可引起肺间质纤维化,其病变进展速度与游离二氧化硅含量有关。棕尘所致的气道损伤,比石英出现早而严重。
The cytotoxicity of palm dust to the in vitro cultured macrophages obtained from rabbit lung perfusion and the fibrogenicity of rat lung caused by palm dust in vivo were studied.The experiment was divied into three groups:pure palm dust group, worksite palm dust group and the pure palm mixed with quartz dust group. The results showed that the palm dust could cause marked eytotoxicity in each group, leading to the injury of cell membrane and the death of cells. The toxicity of worksite palm dust appeared to be most severe among those three. The experiment in vivo showed that palm dust could cause interstitial fibrosis of rat lung in each group. The deve- lopment of pathological changes seemed to be relevant to the content of free SiO_2. The airway damage caused by palm dust appeared to be earlier and much more serious than that caused by quartz dust.
