摘要
数控车削批量加工时,选择简便的换刀方式,是减少换刀辅助时间、减少机床磨损、降低加工成本的有效途径。改进换刀点设置是为达此目的进行的有效尝试之一。
When we carry out mass production by using CNC Lathe machines, it is necessary for us to select an efficient method of changing the cutters after defining the cutting conditions according to the workpieces material and the cutter material. It will reduce the auxiliary time during manufacturing and raise the manufacturing efficiency. It can also reduce the useless consumption of the machine and the production cost. The author will recommend a useful way of changing the cutters to increase the manufacturing efficiency.
