摘要
国有企业职工持股会是职工持股的实现形式之一 ,在公司企业中如果持股职工数达到一定的数额 ,那么持股会将是职工持股唯一合法、合理、有效的途径。职工持股会具有政治、经济的双重意义。持股会可以有效地集中分散的、股权较小的职工股东的股权 ,在股东大会上充分地代表大多数职工股东的权益。当企业职工持股达到广泛的程度 ,职工持股会的政治意义将更突出 ,可能促进工会角色的转变 ,改变过去工会单纯的监督的职能。
The shareholder union is one of the realizations for workers and staff members to hold shares. If, in a certain state-run enterprise, the number of shareholders reaches a certain amount, the shareholder union will become the only legal, reasonable and effective way for them to hold shares. The shareholder union is important not only economically, but it centralizes the stock rights of the decentralized and less powerful stock option owners and fully represents most of the shareholders' rights and interests. The significance of the shareholder union is all the more conspicuous once there are enough stock option owners, for it might change the role of the trade union, which used to perform the sole function of supervision.
