摘要
进入 2 1世纪以来 ,以国际恐怖主义为代表的各种非传统安全问题日趋严峻 ,给国际社会的稳定和发展带来极大的威胁。本文通过对国际恐怖主义等非传统安全问题的分析 ,特别是对恐怖主义概念的界定及分析恐怖主义的特征 ,进而提出打击恐怖主义的国际合作形式和国内防范对策。
Since the world entered the 21st century, non-traditional safety issues, especially terrorism, have been grave and threatening world stability and development. This article analyses these non-traditional safety issues, especially the issue of international terrorism in terms of its identity and nature, puts forward ways for the world to cooperate internationally in combating it and suggests countermeasures to prevent terrorist attacks from occurring in China.
