企业兼并、重组除存在着融资、债务和政策法规等风险因素以外 ,还面临企业文化不相容的风险。相较于资产、债务、产品、科技、人员、组织等资源的整合 ,企业文化的融合是“软性化”的 ,但在某种程度上 ,对企业兼并、重组能否成功起着关键性作用。
Apart from such venture elements as finance,liabilities,policies and regulations,there are also risks in the coordinating of different corporate cultures in process of corporate merger and reorganization. Cultural fusion is invisible, as compared with the integration of resources such as assets, liabilities, products, technology, staff and organizations.
