摘要
本文对 WTO争端解决机构 (DSB)已经审结的 6个有关保障措施的案例进行了分析 ,从中归纳出 DSB对《保障措施协议》若干主要条款的解释 ,对我们正确理解该协议的内容以及如何正确实施保障措施将有所帮助。
By analyzing six cases concerning safeguard measures wound up by WTO Dispute Settlement Body, the article generalizes the interpretation of the Dispute Settlement Body on the major articles of Safeguard Measure Agreement in terms of six aspects, with a view to helping us form a correct understanding of the agreement and make proper application of the agreement to actual cases.
