摘要
团队理论是当代西方管理理论的热点内容,团队也将成为现代企业的主要组织形式。所以,应在心理、认知、情绪、信念趋同的基础上,有步骤地实施团队建设。从使成员有归属感、认同感的角度出发,制作责任明确的招募说明,给予成员以素质、技能的培训;营造民主、平等的工作环境,并建立注重差异、尊重个体的富有人文精神的组织管理机制,进而激发整个团队。在我国现代企业制度建设中,应特别借鉴“团队”这一新的管理模式。
team” theory is hotspot of western management and it also will be the mainly organization form of enterprise. Therefore, weshould implement team-building step-by-step based on according with mentality, cognition, emotion, faith. We should make explicitduty conscription explaining and give member training of diathesis and skill setting out from improving decision-making schedule,make member have adscription and self-identity, then build up democratic leading style and organization management mechanism thatpaying attention to difference, respecting individual, having humanism, inspire the whole team ulteriorly. Team, the basalis character,is not the same as “collectivism” which is not pay attention to difference. In the courie of the building of modern enterprise system, weshould reference “team”, the new management mode specially.
