摘要
危险犯是犯罪既遂的类型之一 ,这本是学界通行的见解。但近年来众多论者对此通说提出质疑。
It is a general viewpoint in academy that dangerous offence is a kind of accomplished offence. But, this viewpoint has been queried in recent years. Now this paper tries to criticize the grounds of the opinions which once queried the general viewpoint.
