The CPC's innovative development of Marxism focuses on emancipating the mind,being practical and realistic and keeping up with the times.The development of Marxism should be combined with the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and can only be achieved through practice,especially the struggle against all the wrong thoughts. Political leaders,being innovative,theoretically aware and of good political quality make up the main motivation and the most importnt subjective condition.Reform of the policymaking system is a guarantee of the innovation of Marxist theory.Helping the masses have the right standpoint to the innovation is a major step to turn the spiritual forces into material forces. 
