摘要
采用症状自评量表SCL-90对民办高校大学生进行的心理健康状况调查表明，民办高校大学生在其成才和发展过程中存在着自卑感、失落感、焦虑感和抑郁感等负性情绪。这些负性情绪影响和制约着他们的成才和发展。是当前我国民办高校素质教育中迫切需要解决的现实问题。可按照心理学家贝克(A．T Beck)提出的情绪障碍认知理论进行心理调适。
Survey for mental state of the civilianrun university students with SCL90 indicates that students tend to suffer from inferiority complex,anxiety and depression,which impede their development and need urgently to be considered in quality education of the civilianrun university students. Based on the Cognitive Theory of Emotional Obstruction by the psychologist A.T Beck,the article discusses the adjustments of the negative emotions.
