Information flow in the new economy t imes has involved every work of life,certainly including metallurgy industry.The contemporary managem ent of metallurgy enterprises tends to globalization,immateriality an d network.Information flow in the process of me tallurgy runs through the actions,s uch as information acquirement,inf ormation process,information utilization,information feedback and informati on storage,during the optimization of industry structure,decision and management of enterprise production,and continuity /semi -continuity production.The realization of information flow in e very layer of enterprise structure a nd the development direction of info rmation flow have been researched.
