摘要 本研究分析了全日制放牧条件下不同补饲水平和育肥时间对BMY牛生产性能的影响。结果表明:在精料饲喂总量相同的条件下,12、18、24月龄平均体重和日增重分别为:376.3±21.84kg、479.0±31.43kg和604.0±30.53kg及901.09±149.02g、732.88±68.00g和753.92±35.18g,分别比对照组提高40.7%、39.8%和50%及191.6%、102.3%和105%;冬春季日饲喂量1.0kg、2.0kg、3.0kg和4.0kg精料补充料及0.5kg浓缩料,ADG分别为:644g、765g、901g和1154g及591g。BMY牛生长速度快,产肉性能好,平均屠宰率和净肉率为59.56%和49.62%,牛肉质量评定均达优质牛肉标准,具有生产高档牛肉的潜力。 The finishing effects of different supplement feeding planes and finishing time on the beef performance of BMY cattle were investigated. On the same supplement feeding plane of concentrate, average body weight and average daily gain of the 12month-old, 18month-old and 24month-old BMY cattle were 376.3±21.84 kg, 479.0±31.43 kg, 604.0±30.53 kg and 901.09±149.02 g,732.88±68.00g and 753.92±35.18 g, which was improved by 40.7%, 39.8%, 50%, 191.6%, 102.3%, and 105% than that of the control groups, respectively. The average daily gain of BMY cattle could reach 644 g, 765 g, 901 g and 1154 g on the supplementing feeding with 1.0 kg, 2.0 kg, 3.0 kg and 4.0 kg of mixed concentrate and 0.5 kg of concentrate feeds. Average dressing percentage and meat percentage of BMY cattle were 59.56% and 49.62%, respectively, and the beef quality met the high beef quality standards, which indicated the great potential of BMY cattle to produce High-grade beef products.
