Treatment of Pilon fracture with indirect reduction and limited internal and external fixation

目的 评价间接复位有限内固定加外固定支架治疗Pilon骨折的效果。方法 对进行间接复位有限内固定加外固定支架治疗的 19例Pilon骨折患者随访 10个月～ 5年。结果 采用Helfet标准进行疗效评价 ,优 13例 (Ⅰ型 6例 ,Ⅱ型 5例 ,Ⅲ型 2例 ) ,良 4例 (Ⅱ型 3例 ,Ⅲ型 1例 ) ,差 2例 (Ⅲ型 )。结论 该方法保护骨折部软组织附着 。

Objective To evaluate the effects of indirect reduction and limited internal and external fixation for Pilon fracture. Methods 19 cases of Pilon fracture treated with indirect reduction, limited internal and external fixation were reviewed. All cases were followed up for 10 months to 5 years.Results According to Helfet's evaluating standard, the results were excellent in 13 cases (typeⅠ,6 cases, typeⅡ,5, type Ⅲ,2), good in 4 cases (type Ⅱ,3 cases, type Ⅲ, 1), and poor in 2 cases (type Ⅲ). Conclusion High and rapid healing rate can be attained with this method because of soft tissue protection, indirect reduction and rigid fixation.
