优势资源下需求导向型产业结构模式是甘肃产业结构发展的可行性模式选择。优势资源是有着明显的资源比较优势,其产品又有市场竞争力的资源,需求导向则是以整个社会需求尤其是消费需求为作为产品结构和产业结构的基础。这是向完全需求导向型模式转化的一种过渡模式,也是甘肃产业结构当前调整及发展的可行性模式,体现了产业结构调整以“市场为导向,以企业为主体”的特征。

The author holds that the resources-favored and demand-oriented industrial structure is the only feasible choice of Gansu Province. By resource-favored the author means that Gansu, though remote from developed districts, is abundant in natural resources and advantageous in market competition and thus its full development may be determined by its reasonable and active exploitation of the resources; by demand-oriented she means that the development of Gansu ought to be activated by the social demands, especially the consumption demands of the whole area so as to gain impetus in progress.
