在思想政治教育过程中,受教育者内化教育内容是关键。然而,每个人都有一个特殊的世界,因此,思想政治教育必须尊重和发挥受教育者的主体性、差异性,营造良好的社会环境,开展丰富多彩的教育实践活动,使受教育者自觉接受教育思想内容,形成良好的思想道德品质,并外化为他们的实际行动。

In the course of the education in ideology and politics, the key is internal transformative education to educatees. However, everyone has a particular world, therefore, the education in ideology and politics has to respect and exert educatee's particular part, distinctiveness creat good social environment , develop rich educational practice, to make educates accept the ideological content of education voluntarily, form good ideological and ethical quality and transform them into action.
