进入大学是人生中的一次重要转折,大学新生在适应这一转变过程中会在学习适应、人际适应、生活自理适应、学生管理方式适应、心理适应等方面产生诸多困难和问题。对此,大学新生必须积极主动地调整自己,尽快缩短由中学到大学的不适应;而大学教育工作者更应坚持全面系统和重点性相结合的原则,加强学习指导和科学的专业教育,培养学生的交往能力,同时进行心理咨询和辅导,帮助大学新生尽快适应大学生活。

Attending university is an important transition in the whole life. Freshmen will meet such problems as studying, society intercourse, viability and administrative stytle when they begin their new lives in the university. Therefore, they must firstly adjust themselves in order to shorten the transitional periods; And instructors and teachers should take the following measures; strengthening the system of studying guidance, training their abilities of the society intercourse and carrying out the psychological consulting services.
