软件开发质量管理体系实施阻力的根源与对策

摘要 对于某些复杂的事物,组成事物的各个部分之间的各种联系成为决定事物性质的关键因素。从这个基本点出发,对比一般工业品生产和软件产品生产的区别,分析了软件生产在构造流水线式生产的困难、开发过程中的信息传递不畅,以及信息结构日趋复杂等特点。结合我国软件业实际,总结出软件质量管理体系实施阻力的主要具体表现和根源,并提出了根据本企业特点强化质量体系、管理者推动、定期质量培训、做好思想动员等改善软件质量管理体系实施效果的相关措施。 The connections between all integral parts of some complicated processes often become the decisive factors to their qualities. It follows that the software products differ from other industrial ones on some difficulties which feature the software development, such as the precise construction of flow process, inconvenient information transmission and increasingly complicated structure of information systems. Discussing these difficulties in combination with the actuality of China's software development, the behaviors of resistance to the implementation of quality control system in software development and its roots are found out and, further, the measures to take to improve the system are proposed according to different features of companies, eg. more powerful management, periodical training of quality inspectors and effective incentive policies.
