摘要
分析了新时期对材料与冶金领域工程硕士研究生培养质量的要求和挑战。提出了工程硕士培养的全面素质质量观:既要注重创新能力的培养,又要结合国情,把培养的重点放在引进、解释、传播和应用上,使国外现成的科学技术与我国的经济建设实际有效地结合起来,使国外技术国土化;在遵循知识的整体性及人的发展规律的前提下,通过构筑因材施教的课程体系和采用信息技术改进教学手段等措施来确保工程硕士的培养质量。
The challenge to the educational quality and academic requirements of Masters of Engineering of Materials and Metallurgy are discussed in the period of globalization with increasingly developing economy. The values of all-round quality and competence are proposed to evaluate the achievements of Masters of Engineering, i.e., capable of paying special attention to creativity in combination with being good at introducing advanced foreign technologies to digest, propagate and apply them in accordance to China's actuality of economic development. It is an effective way to qualify the Masters of Engineering and enhance their competence that there must be a suitable syllabus and curriculum system together with a multi-medium information network provided to strengthen both the teaching and studying processes under the guidance of knowledge integrity and personal development.
