Revitalizing the Old Industrial Base in Changchun with Developing Private Businesses

从实现东北地区等老工业基地振兴的战略目标出发,对目前长春市民营企业发展的概况、特点及其存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,认为长春市的民营企业发展要充分发挥比较优势,走特色发展之路;树立现代经营理念,全方位打造企业核心竞争力;守法经营、诚实守信,树立良好的社会形象,同时政府要精心打造民营企业加快发展的平台,为民营企业加快发展创造良好的外部环境。

In order to attain the strategical goal of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, an analysis is made in depth to the general economic situation, characteristics and existing problems of developing the private businesses in Changchun City. Some key points are thus indicated that the private businesses in Changchun shall take advantage of their superiorities over state-owned enterprises to develop themselves with their own characteristics. With modern management idea set up, they shall forge their own nuclear competition power on market. In addition, they shall set up well social images by improving management and keeping promise in legal business operation. At the same time, the government shall provide a platform for them to quicken the devlopment of private businesses in a sound environment.
