As the strategic guidance to the decision making for China's foreign policy the theory promoted the unity, advance and development of developing countries and pushed the world towards multipolarization, thus laying a theoretical foundation for the theme of Peace and Development and exerting a profound influence on the evolution of both China and the world. Now Chinese Government stands for a basic strategy for national security in combination with multipolarization,which is substantially a subsequent policy based on the theory of Division of the Three Worlds.
