This paper makes an introduction of the power struggle and power motion behind the postcolonial discourse of power constructed by the two cultures of the powerful culture and the weak culture. Through the description of the translation strategies of domestication, foreignization and hybridization of postcolonial translation works, this paper points out the reality that there has never been any equal dislogue between different cultures and explores the current significance of postcolonial translation theories in the context of the globalization and China's reform and opening-up.
