江苏沿海经济带现状及发展战略思考

江苏沿海经济带作为经济发展较落后地区 ,在江苏省实施“海上苏东”工程以来 ,沿海地区经济取得了长足发展 ,区位优势凸现 ,建立了比较完善的市场经济体制 ,有足够的政策支持。随着经济全球化趋势日渐明显 ,给江苏沿海经济带加速发展提供了可能。对此 ,我们应采取相应的发展战略 ,包括全方位开放和融入全球产业链发展战略、基础设施建设和城市化发展战略、技术创新和人力资本开发战略、经济结构优化战略、可持续发展战略等 。

The Coastal Economic Area in Jiangsu Province as a comparatively poorly developed economic area has acquired great progress in economy since 'Hai Shang Su Dong' Project has been put into practice by Jiangsu provincial government. The regional predominance has been brought out, a comparatively perfect market economy system established and adequate policy support offered. The more and more obvious trend of economic globalization provides the possibility to accelerate the development of the Coastal Economic Zone. Thus, we must take corresponding development strategy, including the strategy of wholly opening and melting into the global industry chain, that of infrastructure construction and urbanization planning, that of technology innovation and manpower exploitation, that of optimization of economic structure and sustainable development, so as to truly realize a leap-frog style development on the part of the Coastal Economic Zone in Jiangsu Province.
