232例儿童牙科畏惧症的分析

Analysis of 232 Children with Dental Fear

目的 :了解 3岁～ 14岁儿童牙科畏惧症的发生情况 ,分析儿童牙科畏惧症产生原因 ,以便采取相应对策。方法 :针对不同年龄的患儿 ,采用不同的教育诱导方法 ,并根据他们的合作程度进行分级。结果 :年龄及性别在儿童牙科畏惧症中有显著差异。结论 :在口腔科对不同年龄、不同性别的患儿进行治疗时 ,要选用不同的方法 ,帮助患儿克服畏惧心理 ,使其配合治疗。

Objective:To investigate the incidence of dental fear in children aged 4 to 14 and to analyse its cause.Methods:The children of different ages were educated and guided using different methods.And their cooperation was graded.Results:There was a significant difference in dental fear between children of different ages and sexes.Conclusion:In order to help children overcome dental fear and help them to cooperate with dentists in the treatment,children of different ages and sexes should be dealt with in different ways when they are treated.
