新11井排水采气措施及污水处理方法

摘要 川东地区气水同产井分布广泛 ,有的处在单独裂缝系统或与整装气藏相互并存 ,也有的位于构造有利部位上。这些气水井地下天然气资源较为丰富 ,蕴藏着很大的潜力 ,开发前景广阔。运用各种技术手段 ,采用各类挖潜措施 ,制定各项生产制度 ,恢复气水井生产 ,提高气藏采收率 ,是合理开发地下资源的重要措施。位于构造高点的新 1 1井是一口气水同产井 ,曾两次开井生产 ,由于井底情况复杂、井口压力和产量不稳定、污水无法处理等原因 ,使气井不能连续正常生产。最近 ,通过有关资料分析论证 ,深入揭示了该井的潜在储产能力 ,并运用各种技术手段和方法 ,对新 1 1井进行排水采气措施及污水处理后 ,使关井二十多年的气井重新恢复生产 。 There are many wells which produce gas and water simultaneously in the east of SiChuan. Some of them are in the one fracture system or integrity gas reservoir, or advantage structure location. Beneath those wells is potential and rich in nature gas. There is wide prospect. It has some important measures that develop the underground source reasonably. These measures are: making use of all sorts of technology and method of developing potential gas, making some production rules, the gas-water well recovering to work for improving recovery. The Xin 11 well being in the high location of structure produce gas and water simultaneously. The well has produced twice. It can,t produce continuously because situation in the well bottom is complicated. Other reasons are that the pressure of wellhead and production aren,t stationary, and the polluted water can,t be dealed. Recently the reserve and the production capacity of the well have been revealed by analyzing some material. After water drainage and polluted water treated with some technology, the Xin 11 well which hasn,t produced for 20 years starts to work. Its economic benefit is good.
