摘要 现代的组织是一个开放的系统,对新技术的需求越来越高,终生学习和在职培训已经成为一种新的工作样式,越来越受到重视。作者通过搜集这方面的大量文献,对近几年在培训科学方面的理论和研究做了回顾,对它将来的研究方向做了展望。
