摘要
菜粉蝶Pieris rapae L.卵产出后约3—110小时内分5次用25%灭幼脲Ⅲ号(苏脲1号)胶悬剂药液浸渍处理,研究结果表明,灭幼脲Ⅲ号对菜粉蝶卵有强烈触杀作用,能抑制胚胎的合核分裂,阻止子核和胚盘形成,卵黄减少,卵壳削弱,胚膜、羊膜断裂或局部缺如,胚带、胚层和胚体离解,已形成的体壁内表皮断裂,器官原型或器官碎裂消解。上述症状表明胚胎的 DNA、蛋白质和几丁质代谢受到扰乱。
The eggs of cabbage butterfly Pieris rapae L.were dipped in thediluted colloid suspension of 25% dichlorbenzuron,1-2-chlorobenzoyl-3-(4-chlorophenyl)urea,at five different times separately in 3 to110h duration after the eggs laid,for illustrating the effect of thischemical on its embryonic development.The results showed that thischitin synthesis inhibitor possessed strong contact toxicity to impete thezygote division of embryo,prevent the formation of daughter nuclei andgerminal disc,decrease the yolk amount,weaken the chorion,breakoff the embryonic membrane and amnion or make them partial absence,disrupt the germ-band,germinal layer and embryo body,split thealready formed endocuticula of body-wall,and shatter the organs ortheir rudiments.These systoms indicated that the metabolism of DNA,protein and chitin synthesis were significantly disturbed by this chemical.
