文章通过作者的具体实践,简单介绍了ISO9000质量管理体系的特点,讨论了其在组织中实现的基本过程,分析了建立、运行质量管理体系对提高组织管理水平的作用。
Through author's practice, this paper introduces briefly the characteristics of the ISO 9000 quality management system, discusses its basic process of realization in organization, analyzes the role of establishing and running the system to upgrade the management.
