大豆胚芽与大豆叶中的大豆皂甙的区别研究

本文通过对大豆胚芽与大豆叶中的大豆皂甙的红外和紫外光谱的分析,发现这两种大豆皂甙组成不同,得到大豆胚芽中大豆皂甙含有皂甙群A和大豆皂甙B,大豆叶中含有大豆皂甙B而不含有皂甙群A结论。

The paper proposes that the composition of two soybean saponins from soybean germ and soybean leaves are different through the spectral analysis of red ray and violet ray for them, Then the results have been obtained that soybean saponins from soybean germ embody saponins group A and saponins B, yet soybean saponins from soybean leaves only embody saponins group B but not saponins group A.
