摘要
目的 介绍气质联用SIM技术在毒物检测中的应用方法。方法 通过两个案例对质谱的两种扫描方法fullscan(全扫描 )和SIM (选择离子检验 )进行了比较。结果 SIM技术检验灵敏度远远高于Full Scan技术。结论 SIM技术是最理想的微量毒物检测技术之一。
Objective To present the application of GC/MS-SIM method in poison cases. Method In two poison cases, full scan method and SIM were used and compared.Result The limit of detection of SIM was much lower than that of full scan method.Conclusion SIM is a more sensitive method for detection of poison
