摘要
采用溶胶 凝胶法,以氧氯化锆和正硅酸乙酯为先驱体成功制备了有机玻璃ZrO和ZrO Si02耐磨复合涂层.研究表明单锆膜和硅锆膜涂层液中最佳配方为:水用量均为n(H2O)/n(Zr)=6 26,硅烷(KH550)用量m(KH550) m(Zr)分别为2 99和3 2;pH值介于3~3 5;镀膜厚度介于2~5μm.在最佳组分配方下所得涂层溶胶液稳定,且硅锆涂层镀膜比单锆涂层镀膜的性能要好,有机玻璃(PM MA)镀膜后耐磨性从未镀膜的3g可提高到10g,硬度也由HB提高到3~4H,表明该涂层具有良好的抗划伤性,且该涂层膜与基体的结合较好,不易脱落.
The PMMA abrasive resistant coating with and ZrO and ZrO-SiO2 has been prepared by Sol-Gel process.The result shows that the sol solution obtained at optimal conditions is stable ,the abrasive resistane of PMMA is improved from 3g to 10g and hardness from HB to 3~4H. So,the coating with zirconium has good abrasive resistance for PMMA.
