摘要  研制了一种简单的二茂铁修饰玻碳电极.利用二茂铁修饰玻碳电极对抗坏血酸的电催化作用来测定抗坏血酸.结果表明:在2.0×10-3~4.0×10-6mol/L的浓度范围内,抗坏血酸的氧化峰电流与其浓度呈线性关系,最低检测限(3σ)为1.0×10-6mol/L.用这种方法测定Vc片剂中的抗坏血酸,方法简单、准确、快速、结果满意. It is reported in this paper that the glassy carbon electrode was modified by ferrocene. A method for determination ascorbic acid was based on the electro-catalysis of ferrocene. The relationship between the oxidation peak current of AA and its concentration in the range of 2.0×10^(-3)~4.0×10^(-6 )mol·L^(-1) was linear. The detection limit (3σ) is found to be 1.0×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1). Also, the determination of ascorbic acid in Vc plates was evaluated and the results were satisfactory.
