摘要
主要研究了小麦淀粉颗粒中的结合蛋白质.首先,对小麦淀粉颗粒的表面结合蛋白质和内部结合蛋白质进行了提取,而后用电泳对提取的蛋白质进行了电泳分析。
This paper mainly studied wheat starch granule associated proteins. First, extracted wheat starch granule associated proteins including surface associated proteins and internal associated protein, respectively. Then, using gel electrophoresis, the authors analyzed and determined the molecular weights of these proteins extracted.
