摘要  从活性污泥中分离筛选到1株高效絮凝剂产生菌E-9,初步鉴定其为大肠杆菌.菌E-9产生絮凝剂的适宜培养基及培养条件为:蔗糖、乙醇为碳源,大豆、蛋白胨为氮源,初始pH值为6.0~7.0、温度为30℃,因菌E-9为兼性厌氧菌,未考虑通气量对其影响.絮凝实验结果表明,菌E-9产絮凝剂对高岭土悬液的絮凝率最高可达99.5%. A bacterial strain designated as E.coli and named E-9 which can produce bioflocculant with high flocculanting activity was screened from activated sludge .The optimum culture conditions are:Sucrose and alcohol as the optimum carbon source, bean and peprone as the optimum nitrogen source,initial pH 6.0~7.0,30 ℃, while E-9 is a facultative anaerobic, the ventilation flow can be ignored. The results of flocculation test show that the E-9 can produce a strong-activity flocculant, with flocculating rate of 99.5% against kaolin clay suspension.
