摘要
通过ANSYS对回转窑支撑系统的仿真分析,得出了回转窑支撑系统在过盈配合、受弯情况下的托轮、托轮轴、轴瓦的应力分布图、变形图,找出了各零件的破坏原因,并对托轮和轴的过盈配合,轴和轴瓦的间隙配合在不同的级别下的应力情况进行了分析,找出了较为合理的配合.
Using the software of ANSYS to emulate the supporter system of the rotary kiln and gaining the stress plot of supporter,axis and bearing of the supporter system which is bent on the interference fitting face .According to the result of the analysis, the cause of breakage of each spare part can be found and a lot of useful data for the design of the supporter system can be attained. The results are compared with each fit tolerance and the proper fit tolerance can be recommended.All are useful for improving the designing of the supporter system.
