摘要
三次分离采集的28个台湾蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsts)与卡特兰(Cattleya)样本,发现该批兰花带有4种植物寄生性线虫。经形态观察及形态测计,分别鉴定为Helicotylenchuspseudorobustus,Aphelenchoides besseyi,A.composticola及A.aligarchiensiso并认为这两种兰花均为此线虫的新寄主。
Four plant parasitie nematodes were isolated from 28 samples of TaiwanPhalaenopsts and Cattleya orchids.These nematodes were identified as Helico-tylenchus pseudorobustus,Aphelenchoides besseyi,A composticola,A.aligarchien-sis.The se two orchids are consiclered to be new hosts of these four nema-todes.
