从目前医院信息系统的实际应用出发,提出建立电子病历的构想。介绍了目前电子病历的特点及存在的一些问题,进而提出了采用XML技术实现电子病历的方法,详细分析了XML的特点及采用该技术的优势。最后重点阐述了如何用XML技术解决电子病历的结构、存储、操作、集成、信息处理、交换以及安全问题。

According to the current situation of HIS(Hospital Information System) application, the CPR (Computerized Patient Records) thinking is proposed. Some characters and problems of CPR and the method of realizing the CPR with XML are presented. The characters and advantage of XML technology are particularly analyzed. In closing, how to solve the problems in the structure, storage, operation, integration and security of CPR using XML technology is discussed emphatically.
