EGFR和C-erbB-2蛋白在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :研究表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)和C erbB 2蛋白在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达 ,探讨它们在卵巢肿瘤发生发展中的作用及临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组化S P法检测 11例卵巢良性肿瘤 ,15例交界性肿瘤 ,4 3例恶性肿瘤及 10例正常卵巢组织中的EGFR和C erbB 2蛋白阳性率。结果 :EGFR和C erbB 2在恶性及交界性肿瘤中的阳性表达率均显著高于正常组织及良性肿瘤 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在低分化组织中的阳性表达率与中、高分化组织相比 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期中的表达率与Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的表达率相比 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。EGFR与C erbB 2蛋白之间有相关性 ,差异显著 (P =0 .0 33<0 .0 5 )。结论 :EGFR和C erbB 2的同步表达在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的发生、发展中有协同作用 ,两种蛋白的联合检测有助于卵巢癌的早期诊断 ,治疗及评估预后。 Objective: To study the expression patterns of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and C-erbB-2 in ovarian serous tumors and to compare their patterns with clinic pathological features. Methods:The S-P method was used to investigate the positive expression rates of EGFR and C-erbB-2 in 43 paraffin-embeded samples of malignant ovarian tumors, 15 samples of bordline ovarian tumors, 11 of benign ovarian tumors, and 10 of normal ovarian epithelial tissues.Results:The positive expression rates of EGFR and C-erbB-2 in malignant and borderline tumors were higher than those in normal and benign tumors(P<0.05). The positive expression rates of EGFR and C-erbB-2 in highly differentiated tumors were higher than those in moderately and low differentiated tumors(P<0.05). The positive expression rates of EGFR and C-erbB-2 in tumors of Ⅲ to Ⅳstage were higher than those inⅠ to Ⅱstage(P<0.05). Correlation(P=0.033) and synchronization expression were found between EGFR and C-erbB-2. Conclusion:The synchronization expression of EGFR and C-erbB-2 may play an important role in the development and progression of ovarian tumors. Combined determination of EGFR and C-erbB-2 might be useful in early diagnosis, treatment,and prognosis of ovarian tumors.
