摘要 目的 :探讨沈阳地区健康中、老年人血脂、血糖水平随增龄的变化。方法 :选择 16 0例无心、肺、脑等系统疾病的健康中老年人 ,测定其甘油三酯 (TG)、血清总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白 胆固醇 (LDL C)和空腹血糖 (FBG)血清水平。结果 :男性TC、FBG、女性TG、TC、LDL C、FBG随增龄变化明显 ;4 5~ 5 9岁组TC和LDL C女性与男性比较差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;年龄对男性血脂指标无作用 ,BMI对LDL C的作用最大 ,对HDL C的作用次之 ;年龄对女性TG作用最大 ,对TC的作用次之 ,BMI对TG作用最大 ,对HDL C的作用次之。结论 :随着性别的不同和增龄血脂水平有很大的变化 ;FBG随增龄而增加。 Objective: To study the changes of lipid and glucose with aging in the healthy people of middle and old age. Methods: We selected 160 healthy people of middle and old age without the histories of cardiac, pulmonary, and cerebral diseases. Serum levels of triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were detected. Results: The changes of TC and FBG in men and that of TG, TC, LDL-C in women were significantly changed with aging. There were significant differences between the levels of TC and LDL-C in men and women between 45 to 59 years old (P<0.05, P<0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that in men age had no effects on the indexes of blood lipid. Body mass index (BMI) had the biggest effect on LDL-C and secondary effect on HDL-C. In women age had the biggest effect on TG and secondary effects on TC, and BMI had the biggest effect on TG and secondary effects on HDL-C. Conclusion: The levels of lipid changed significantly with the different sexes and aging. The levels of FBG increased with aging.
