通过对我国地勘企业制度创新研究,建立适合我国地勘企业发展的、可操作性强的现代化企 业制度模式,为推进地勘企业改革做一些有益的探索,努力为各行业和部门所属的地勘企业和其 它生产性事业单位改革提供借鉴。

By study on the institution innovation of geological prospecting enterprises in China, we can establish a pattern of modern enterprise institution which is easy to manipulate and suitable for the geological enterprises' development in China. The study is a helpful research to impulse the reform of geological units. Meanwhile, the authors made every effort to provide information for the geological enterprises of different departments and industries and for other public production units.
