摘要
目前国内心理学、社会学、教育学以及管理学界对人际冲突与冲突管理的研究日益重视,但尚缺乏系统研究。本文通过文献的搜集,对国内外关于人际冲突、冲突过程、冲突来源、冲突行为、冲突处理策略等基本理论问题进行了归纳总结,以期对今后的研究提供必要的参考。
At present, interpersonal conflicts and study on conflict management have been paid more attention to in the field of psychology, sociology, education and management, but systematic study is still lacking. The paper sums up some basic theoretical issues concerning interpersonal conflicts, conflict process, conflict source, conflict behaviour and strategies for handling these conflicts, in the hope that the summary may provide necessary reference for future study.
