摘要
以新疆石蜡基原油生产的HVI中性油为基础油,以高碱值环烷酸钙为主剂并与其它添加剂复配,实验室研制出DCA5070H高性能船用汽缸油,达到Q/SYRH2013-2001质量要求。台架试验和广州远洋运输公司3920h的使用试验表明:研制油品表现出可靠的使用性能和稳定性,总体性能与国外同类油品性能相当,可以满足90年代以后制造的低速二冲程十字头式船用发动机汽缸的润滑。
Taking HVI neutral oil from Xinjiang paraffin-base crude oil as base oil,and overbased calcium naphthenate as the main agent,with other additives,the developed DCA5070H marine cylinder oil with excellent performances at lab can meet the requirements of Q/SY RH2013-2001.The results of bench test and service test for 3920 h in COSCO Guangzhou show that this oil has reliable quality and stability,and corresponding to the reference oils abroad.It can meet the lubrication of cylinder of low-speed two-stroke marine engine with cross-head made after 1990s.
