摘要 KEITHLEY2700系列数字测量仪是6位半精度的高精度数字测量仪,可实现交直流电压、电流、电阻和频率等多种信号的测量,在生产中应用很广.通过对KEITHLEY2700工业20通道实时检测仪数据通讯协议进行分析,在串口通讯的基础上利用VB6.0开发了多通道工业仪表实时数据采集程序,实现了对该仪表的计算机控制及测量过程的自动化,可以自动记录测量结果,实现了测量结果的计算机管理.实际应用表明效果良好.  Digital meter of series KEITHLEY 2700 is a high-precision one with the accuracy of 6.5 bits. It can be widely used in engineering to make the measurement of various signals such as AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current,resistance, frequency, etc. On the basis of analyzing the data communication protocol for industrial 20-channel real-time measurement with the meter of KEITHLEY 2700, a real-time data acquisition program for multi-channel industrial meter is developed by using VB 6.0 on the basis of serial communication, so that the computer control of the meter and the automatization of measurement are realized. The measurement results can be recorded in access data base automatically, so that the computer management of measurement results is realized, also. Its application in engineering shows that the result is good.
