列管式换热器遗传算法的优化设计

Optimal design of tube-shell heat exchanger using genetic algorithm

应用遗传算法对列管式换热器进行优化设计,并通过分析列管式换热器数学模型的自由度,给出了能保证各变量独立的决策变量确定方法,以及根据经济指标确定出适应度函数.结果表明,采用遗传算法比传统的优化设计方法更准确、有效.

Genetic algorithm is employed to solve the problem of optimal design of tube-shell heat exchanger,and the method of determination of dominant parameter is got with the analysis of dimensionless mathematical model of the tube-shell heat exchanger,and the fitness function is found out with the economical index.The design results show that genetic algorithm is more exact and effective than traditional optimal design methods.
