摘要
应用新的净化技术对一套中压乙炔装置进行了低压化改造.发生器由中压改为低压,净化过程应用水环泵加压,用硫酸净化剂代替次氯酸钠,净化剂的循环由泵送改为自流,气液间实现射流混合.运行结果表明,乙炔气的纯度由不足98.0%提高到99.5%,投资、原料消耗及劳动强度大大降低,安全性提高.该装置的改造尤其是新型净化技术的应用具有显著的综合效益.
A set of middle-pressure acetylene plant is rebuilt into a low-pressure one with application of a new purification technology.The original middle-pressure generator is changed into a low-pressure equipment.In the purifying process,the acetylene is boosted first through a water-ring pump and purified with sulphuric-acid in stead of sodium hypocholorite and then, is circulated due to its own gravity in stead of the circulating pump. The mixing of acetylene with purification agent is realized with a fluid jet.The operation results show that the purity of acetylene is raised from less than 98% to 99.5%, investment,consumption of raw materials as well as labour intensity are greatly lowered,and the safety is improved.The rebuilding and,especially, the application of the new purification technology make the process one of remarkably comprehensive benefit.
