摘要 结合实际工程问题,通过对原结构体系的全面分析,提出采用轻钢结构进行加层,以解决采用钢筋混凝土结构加层后轴压比严重不足的问题,使之减轻结构重量,加快施工进度.分析中采用多种设计方案与设计分析软件对比计算,并考虑原结构的特性,采用柱包角钢及植筋技术对原结构进行加固,以满足轴压比要求,并进行了详细的连接构造设计,满足了设计规范的要求.  By means of comprehensive analysis of he original construction of an actual building reconstruction, a kind of light steel structure is adopted to implement the story augmentation so that the severe deficit of axial compression ratio within the steel reinforced concrete structure for story augmentation is well dealt, the weight of the structure decreased a good lot, and the construction process accelerated. Various design schemes and computation with softwares available for design and analysis are adopted for comparison of their result to select an optimal one. Further,when the feature of the original structure is considered,the measure such as the column with angle-bar enclosure and steel reinforcement is also adopted for the consolidation of original structure to meet the requirement of axial compression ratio. The design of structural joints are also implemented in detail so that the requirement of design standards are met.
