白内障超声乳化术三种人工晶状体植入疗效分析

The outcomes of three groups of intraocular lenses(IOL) on phacoemulsification for cataract surgery

目的 观察 PMMA晶状体及三片式、单片式 Acrysof晶状体植入后视力恢复、散光度、角膜内皮细胞密度变化、术后后囊膜混浊发生率及 Nd:YAG激光切开率。方法 对 PMMA晶状体组 5 5只眼、三片式、单片式Acrysof晶状体各 5 2只眼进行回顾性研究 ,将术后各期视力、散光度、角膜内皮细胞密度变化和后囊膜混浊发生率及激光切开率进行对比研究。结果 折叠式人工晶状体组比 PMMA晶状体组视力恢复快 ,1月后三者间没有差异。角膜散光 PMMA晶状体组 6个月与术前无差异 ,折叠式人工晶状体组 1个月与术前比较即无差异。术后角膜内皮细胞密度三组之间无差异。术后 6月后囊膜混浊发生率及 Nd:YAG激光后囊膜切开率 ,折叠式人工晶状体组与 PMMA晶状体差异有显著意义。结论 三种不同人工晶状体植入后均可获得满意的效果 ,Acrysof晶状体术后后发障明显低于

Objective To observe the recovery of visual acuity,astigmatism,the change of corneal endothelium density,the rate of posterior capsular opacification(PCO),and the rate of Nd:YAG laser exciding of PMMA,three piece and single piece IOL.Methods We reviewed 55 eyes of PMMA IOL,52 eyes of three piece IOL,and 52 eyes of single IOL.The visual acuity,astigmatism,the change of corneal endothelium density,the rate of posterior capsular opacification(PCO),and the rate of Nd:YAG laser exciding were compared.Results The visual acuity of foldable lenses recovered faster than that of PMMA lenses,one month later three groups had no difference.The astigmatism of PMMA lenese implantation had no statistical difference after 3 month postoperatively,but after 1 month of foldable lenses implantation the astigmatism had no statistical difference.After surgery the three groups of corneal endothelium density had no statistical difference.The rate of PCO after 6 month postoperatively and the rate of Nd:YAG laser exciding were statistically significant between the foldable lenses group and the PMMA lenses.Conclusion The implantation of three lenses had satisfactory results,the rate of PCO of Acrysof lenses is less than that of PMMA lenses.
