老年人结膜松驰状况调查

Investigation of conjunctivochalasis of old aged folks

目的 调查研究老年人群的眼结膜松驰症的分布状况。方法 随机选择≥ 6 0岁者 ,共 6 0 2人 (12 0 4只眼 ) ,按照张兴儒等报告结膜松驰症临床分级标准 ,在裂隙灯下检查原位眼、上转位眼、下转位眼时眼球表面与下睑缘、内外眦部之间 ,观察球结膜松驰状态、以及泪液新月面形状。结果 有结膜松驰症 4 81只眼 ,占总数 39.95 %。 ～ 级共占有体征总数的 93.14 %。无性别差异。平均年龄为 (6 7.79± 8.35 )岁。松驰结膜的部位以发生率高到低依次排列为眼球下方颞侧、鼻侧、中央。对溢泪影响程度由重到轻依次为眼球下方鼻侧、中央、颞侧。结论 结膜松驰症是老年人溢泪的重要原因之一 ,也是影响老年人健康生活质量的因素之一。

Objective To studying on the conjunctivochalasis of old aged folks to find out the distributed over an area.Methods Randomized selecting 1204 eyes from adult above 60 years old,according to clinical scale of conjunctivochalasis with the way of Zhang Xingru.Then observing its changes under slit lamp-microscope on bulbar conjunctiva in situ,upper translocation and below translocation between the eyeball surface and the lower palpebral margin,Medical canthus,lateral canthus.And observing crescent shape of tear on lower eyelid.Results Found out 481 eyes with conjunctivochalasis and occupied 39.95% in all eyes.Ⅰ degree～Ⅱ degree occupied 93.14% in all eyes of conjunctvochalasis.No sex differences.The average age is 67.79±8.35.The position of conjunctivochalasis is inclined temple,inclined nose and center of lower eyeball in order incidence from high to low.The position of conjunctivochalasis is inclined nose,center and inclined temple of lower eyeball in order to influence for epiphora from heavy to lightly.Conclusion The conjunctivochalasis is one of important causes about epiphora of old ages folks,and is one of influence factors with health life of old aged folks.It cause epiphora that conjunctivochalasis with mechanical emphraxis and changed locality of lacrimal riuer.
