聚甲醛/低密度聚乙烯共混物的摩擦磨损性能 被引量:14

摘要 将低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和聚甲醛(POM)共混制备POM/LDPE共混物,其摩擦磨损性能得到提高。研究表明,当LDPE含量为10%时,POM/LDPE共混物的摩擦系数从纯POM的0.30降低到共混物的0.13,磨痕宽度从POM的4.44mm下降为3.94mm。POM及POM/LDPE共混物磨擦表面的SEM、FT-IR分析表明,在摩擦过程中共混物中的LDPE向钢环转移形成磨屑,有效地隔离了两摩擦面的接触,起到了减摩耐磨剂的作用,明显降低了POM树脂摩擦系数,提高了POM的耐磨损性能。 The friction and wear properties of POM/LDPE blends were studied. The result shows that the friction and wear properties of POM/LDPE blends have been greatly improved. The coefficient of friction of m(POM)/m(LDPE)=90/10 blend is reduced to 56% that of POM. The wear scar width of m(POM)/m(LDPE)=90/10 is decreased from (4.44) mm(POM) to (3.88) mm. The SEM and FT-IR analyses of the wear surface of POM/LDPE blends show the wear debris forming through LDPE of blends transfers to the surface of the steel ring in the course of friction and existing in the wear surface isolat the two contact surfaces effectively. The friction coefficient and wear scar width of POM blends are thus reduced remarkably and long time wear resistance of POM is improved greatly.
