摘要
研究了PVC及其阻燃体系的LOI值随温度变化的规律,并从热分解动力学及热释放角度分析了影响这种规律的原因。实验结果发现虽然PVC+Cu2O体系的常温氧指数明显高于PVC+MoO3体系,但在高温下后者的LOI值反而超出前者。这表明在实际火灾发生时,MoO3的阻燃作用可能要优于Cu2O。
Elevated-temperature Oxygen Index (ETOI) is an effective indicator compared with the conventional Ambient-temperature Oxygen Index (ATOI) in the appraisal of polymer flammability. The decrease in Limitting Oxygen Index (LOI) along with the increase of temperature for PVC flame retardant systems was studied by ETOI and TGA. Influence of Cu_2O and MoO_3 on the flame high-temperature of PVC was discussed. The results show that the actual flame retardancy of PVC systems may be different in ambient-temperature and high-temperature conditions.
